Paradigm Treatment Centers was honored to be a part of this year’s annual Therapy Reimagined Conference in Los Angeles, California. Designed with the intention of re-creating the conference experience for modern therapists, this two-day event featured 27 highly engaging and interactive presentations, workshop-style keynotes and quick, “thought bubble” presentations designed to spark dialogue and enhance industry connections.
As Exhibitor Sponsors, Paradigm Treatment Centers had the wonderful opportunity to mingle and make connections with clinicians, entrepreneurs and thought leaders from across the country, all of whom converged to take part in this inspiring and informative event. It was a truly rewarding experience to be able to discuss with clinicians first-hand the benefits of Paradigm’s state-of-the-art and highly tailored programs, and to see much of our professional philosophies around modern therapy and what it means to be an effective therapist in the 21st century echoed by many of the speakers and conversations taking place.
Of particular interest was the Thought Bubble Panel titled “How Therapists Achieve Community and Social Change”. We found this gathering to be particularly resonant as it spoke directly to some of our core values at Paradigm, which include the profound importance of building community and a culture of active inclusion and expansiveness.
Founded by Katie Vernoy and Curt Widhalm, clinicians and co-hosts of the popular mental health podcast The Modern Therapists’ Survival Guide, the goals of Therapy Reimagined seem to fall closely in line with those which we hold dear at Paradigm: to continually hold ourselves accountable as mental health practitioners, to strive for excellence, inclusivity and innovative thinking in how we approach our clinical work, and to constantly educate and build on our expertise and knowledge so as to bring the best possible and most cutting edge treatments to our clients.
